• Custom products require 7-10 production days (non-refundable 50% deposit)

• Delivery timelines are estimates only

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility

• 14-day no-questions-asked returns for unused merchandise in original packaging

• Proof of purchase required

3.2 Processing

• Refunds issued within 14 business days of return receipt

• PayPal refunds: Minimum 14 days (extended to 30 days where required by local law)

3.3 Shipping Costs

• Customers bear return shipping fees

• Free returns only for company errors (wrong/damaged items)

4. Product Conditions

• Defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery

• Final sale items marked "non-refundable" at checkout

5. Payment Terms

• Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal

• Fraud prevention: We may request ID verification

• Chargebacks incur $25 investigation fee

6. Intellectual Property

• All website content/designs are proprietary
